The Shenzhen Bao'an People's Court sentenced three people to jail for stealing information from an iPad 2 supplier. Xiao Chengsong, Shenzhen MacTop Electronics Co. GM offered financial incentives to Hou Pengna--a former employee of the iPad maker Foxconn--who in turn paid Lin Kecheng--a Foxconn research and development employee--to acquire images and dimension information about the ipad 2 before this information was public. A 25 year-old Foxconn worker committed suicide in 2009 after being questioned by a Foxconn security official about the disappearance of a prototype iPhone. Both Foxconn and Apple declined to comment directly on the court's decision. --Yun Wang
